keymile: Use CONFIG_SYS_IVM_EEPROM_ADR

As the code reads now, making this code path use
CONFIG_SYS_IVM_EEPROM_ADR rather than CONFIG_SYS_I2C_EEPROM_ADDR seems
to make sense as the rest of the EEPROM infrastructure isn't used on
these platforms.
