Summary:
spinner don't changes its size after showing entry.
Entry is now clipped to area between arrows.

Test Plan:
1. Run "elementary_test spinner"
2. Click on top spinner. It shouldn't resize
3. Type very long number. It shouldn't overlaps arrows.
