Compilation flags 'verbose' mode

[Issue#]       SSDWSSP-496
[Bug/Feature]  N/A
[Cause]        CMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE flag turned OFF in packaging spec file
[Solution]     Turn ON the flag.
[Verification] Build, verify that compile flags passed to gcc are visible
               using different build types (in gbs: --define "build_type ...").
