	* sysdeps/generic/bits/ipctypes.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/mips/bits/ipctypes.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/gnu/bits/shm.h: Include <bits/ipctypes.h>.
	* sysdeps/gnu/bits/msq.h: Likewise.
	* sysvipc/sys/ipc.h: Likewise.
