* iconv/gconv_int.h: Include <stdlib.h> for alloca decl.
(norm_add_slashes): alloca -> __alloca

* sysdeps/generic/readelflib.c (process_elf_file): Make LOADADDR
p_vaddr/p_offset when computing LOADADDR.
