Add more comments to some gimple accessors

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* gimple.h (gimple_set_visited, gimple_visited_p)
	(gimple_set_plf, gimple_plf, gimple_set_uid, gimple_uid): Add more
	comments to these accessors.
