Extract x2p/Makefile.SH and x2p/cflags.SH correctly down
in the x2p directory, even if $0 isn't set to the full
pathname of the file being extracted.
: This forces SH files to create target in same directory as SH file.
: This is so that make depend always knows where to find SH derivatives.
