Honor detach-on-fork on FreeBSD.

Only detach from the new child process in the follow fork callback
if detach_fork is true.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* fbsd-nat.c (fbsd_follow_fork): Only detach child if
	"detach_fork" is true.
