`od -t x8' used the wrong (`l'-prefixed) printf format.

Likewise for the o8 and u8 formats.

(ISPEC_TO_FORMAT): Define macro.
(decode_one_format): Use PRIdMAX, PRIoMAX, etc. for LONG_LONG.
