bootstage: powerpc: support fdt stash and reporting

This implements stashing of bootstage timing data to FDT and automatic
timing reporting. To enable define CONFIG_BOOTSTAGE_FDT and
CONFIG_BOOTSTAGE_REPORT respectively.
