Missing "@" in include/linux/wait.h causes "make htmldocs" to fail
with the following warning messages:

  No description found for parameter 'cmd1'
  Warning(/home/iida/Repo/linux-next//include/linux/wait.h:304):
  No description found for parameter 'cmd2'
