Re: Enhance powerpc ld -r --relax

git commit 491993044ba6 broke the powerpc vxworks testsuite.

	* testsuite/ld-powerpc/vxworks-relax-2.rd: Update for 2018-07-25
	ppc_elf_relax_section changes.
