gcc/ChangeLog:

* config/arc/arc.md(mulsi3_700): Remove Rcr.
(mulsi3_highpart): Likewise.
(umulsi3_highpart_i): Likewise.
(umulsi3_highpart_int): Likewise.
(macd): Likewise.
(macdu): Likewise.
* config/arc/constraints.md (Rcr): Remove it.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* gcc.target/arc/tmac-2.c: Update test.
