Compiling csky:allmodconfig with an upstream C compiler results
in the following error.

csky-linux-gcc: error:
unrecognized command-line option '-mbacktrace';
did you mean '-fbacktrace'?

Select ARCH_WANT_FRAME_POINTERS only if gcc supports it to
avoid the error.
