AsmPrinter: Use DICompositeType in updateAcceleratorTables(), NFC

`DISubroutineType` is impossible at this `dyn_cast` site, since we're
only dealing with named types and `DISubroutineType` cannot be named.
Strengthen the `dyn_cast` to `DICompositeType`.
