libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

* doc/xml/manual/status_cxx2017.xml: Update C++17 status.
* doc/xml/manual/status_cxx2020.xml: Use 12.1 instead of 12 for
upcoming release.
* doc/html/manual/status.html: Regenerate.
