* config/sh/tm-sh.h (sh_osabi, sh_abi, gdbarch_tdep,
register enum): Move to...
* * sh-tdep.h: ...here.
* sh-tdep.c: Include sh-tdep.h.
* sh3-rom.c: Likewise.
* shnbsd-tdep.c: Likewise.
