Revert "[lsan][test] Temporarily disable ppc64 and ppc64le to appease clang-ppc64le...

This reverts commit cb76c4d71c41bbbae47852d7980e74b57c5a28df.

The failures were in test/sanitizer_common, not in test/lsan.
