If ACPI_GLUE_DEBUG is different from 0 (setting this requires a
manual change of glue.c), build breaks because of a leftover
reference to dev->acpi_handle in acpi_platform_notify().  Fix this
by using ACPI_HANDLE(dev) instead as appropriate.
