discoverer: add casts to avoid warnings in osx builds

Fix the following warnings by adding casts.

gstdiscoverer.c:1801:17: error: format specifies type 'unsigned long' but the argument has type 'off_t' (aka 'long long') [-Werror,-Wformat]
