As done for patch_conexant.c, put ifdef ENABLE_AD_STATIC_QUIRKS for
preparing t odrop the static quirk codes in patch_analog.c.

The whole static quirk code can be omitted by commenting out
ENABLE_AD_STATIC_QUIRKS define now.
