Pull OpenRISC fixes from Stafford Horne:
 "Fixups for OpenRISC found during recent testing:

   - An OpenRISC irqchip fix to stop acking level interrupts which was
     causing issues on SMP platforms

   - A comment typo fix in our unwinder code"
