[Ada] Invalid memory access on finalization of class-wide type

gcc/ada/

	* gcc-interface/decl.c (gnat_to_gnu_entity): Skip normal
	processing for Itypes that are E_Class_Wide_Subtype with
	Equivalent_Type set.
