The kexec code wasn't in the kernel when Ken Chen created
this patch (
00b65985fb2fc542b855b03fcda0d0f2bab4f442) to
change the mapping of percpu area from a TR to a TC.
Zou Nanhai spotted this extra piece, and Simon Horman
concurred.
