	* config.gcc: Use t-slibgcc-elf to build libgcc_s.so on
	m32r*linux.
	* config/m32r/t-linux (SHLIB_MAPFILES): Override to use
	m32r/libgcc-glibc.ver.
	* config/m32r/libgcc-glibc.ver: Add New file.
