who: omit useless definitions of MAXHOSTNAMELEN

This prevents a compilation failure on Solaris 8, GCC 4.4.2, with
"configure --enable-gcc-warnings".
* src/who.c (MAXHOSTNAMELEN): Remove; no longer needed.
* src/pinky.c: Likewise.
