Use sizeof(*ptr) instead of sizeof(ptr_type) makes memory
allocation easy in case the type of pointer changes.
Fix all checkpatch reported issues for "CHECK: Prefer
kzalloc(sizeof(*<p>)...) over kzalloc(sizeof(struct <P>)...)".
