	* sysdeps/sparc/gmp-mparam.h: File removed.
	* sysdeps/mips/mips64/gmp-mparam.h: File removed.
	* sysdeps/ia64/gmp-mparam.h: File removed.
	* sysdeps/alpha/gmp-mparam.h: File removed.
