This is currently needed for lifetimes to use the existing infrastructure.
gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
* ast/rust-ast-dump.cc (Dump::visit): Add new reference visitor wrapper.
* ast/rust-ast-dump.h: Declare it.
* ast/rust-item.h: Add mutable visibility getters.
