is not defined, redefine INTERNAL_VSYSCALL and INLINE_VSYSCALL to
INTERNAL_SYSCALL and INLINE_SYSCALL respectively.  Otherwise include
<bits/libc-vdso.h>.  Use INLINE_VSYSCALL and INTERNAL_SYSCALL instead
of the normal versions throughout the code.
