Remove unnecessary CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE_EVENT_MODE.

The CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_PCIE_POLL_EVENT_MODE option is not needed
because polling mechanism can be enabled through 'pciehp_poll_mode'
module option.
