	conform to GDB conventions like using memcpy not bcopy, serial.h,
	etc.  This is to make it host on Solaris, AIX, etc.
	* Makefile.in: Reflect removed nindy-share files.
	* config/i960/nindy960.mt (TDEPFILES): Remove ttybreak.o.
