* parser.c (cp_parser_constructor_declarator_p): Handle the scenario
when a parameter declaration begins with [[attribute]].

* g++.dg/cpp0x/gen-attrs-68.C: New test.
* g++.dg/cpp0x/gen-attrs-69.C: New test.
