doc: give credit to more of Bison's developers.

* doc/bison.texinfo (Introduction): Don't imply that only Robert
Corbett, Richard Stallman, and Wilfred Hansen have contributed to
Bison.  However, I don't have time to write a full history, so
just point readers to THANKS and ChangeLog.
