RX overflow interrupt (RXOFLW) is disabled even though xcan_interrupt()
processes it. This means that an RX overflow interrupt will only be
processed when another interrupt gets asserted (e.g. for RX/TX).
Fix that by enabling the RXOFLW interrupt.
