Comment out unittest of resource hosting.

When unittest of resource hosting running,
lead to crash because pure virtual method called.
some of resource hosting class has OCResource as shared pointer.
When the termination of application
OCResource as shared pointer call destructors on RH's instance termination,
but RI c++ alread terminated, so RH app(unittest) lead to crash.
