try ignoring bad PLT entries in ELF symbol tables

Comment says it all:

            when trying to determine which symbol corresponds to

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * elfread.c (elf_symtab_read): Ignore undefined symbols with

        when one is available in the objfile.
