* Updated dependencies, glib 2.28 and cogl 1.8.0
* Mesa has removed mesa_wgl.h from its headers
* added -I$ROOT_DIR/include to the CFLAGS to include the headers from
  our prefix (say <GL/gl.h>) before the system ones
