* gdbarch.sh (FRAME_ARGS_ADDRESS, FRAME_LOCALS_ADDRESS): Change
default to get_frame_base.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Regenerate.
* arch-utils.c (default_frame_address): Delete function.
* arch-utils.h (default_frame_address): Delete declaration
