Pull HID fixes from Jiri Kosina:
 "Fix for one particular device (bluetooth Tivo Slide) and change of
  'default y' -> 'default n' for CONFIG_HID_BATTERY_STRENGTH which I
  overlooked in the initial merge of the battery support"
