- switch to new solv format using schemata

  please regenerate all solv files...
- split whatprovides array into whatprovides and whatprovides_rel so
  that we can add new ids while keeping the whatprovides information
- start to implement some search/lookup functions in repo.c
  needs quite a bit more love...
