script: tizen: artik530: add the prebuilt image for os_1.0.0

Current Tizen is used the DS release version 1.0.0.
This version is too old, so some boards need to downgrade to os_1.0.0.
This patch is for providing the downgrading.

*Usage:
-Target side:
artik530# fastboot 0

-Host side:
$./flash_boot_for_tizen.sh

This is for only Tizen Platform.
