* gdbarch.sh (TARGET_CHAR_SIGNED): Replace by gdbarch_char_signed.
* gdbtypes.c (build_gdbtypes, gdbtypes_post_init): Likewise.
* gdbarch.c, gdbarch.h: Regenerate.
