Since commit
ca1798e77b6fa99dbb010f202a057f75415afd52, dummy driver
was defining VA_DRIVER_INIT_FUNC symbol instead of __vaDriverInit_0_33
and therefore cannot be used for testing anymore. We restore the
definition of this symbol in configure.ac.
