        * combine.c (try_combine):  Do not refer to is_replaced.
        (gen_lowpart_for_combine):  Perverse subregs now have a
        more politically correct name.
        * cse.c (cse_insn): Likewise.
        * jump.c: Fix bogus reference to delete_insn.
