Rename variable bDynamicTxHighPower to dynamic_tx_high_pwr,
bDynamicTxLowPower to dynamic_tx_low_pwr and bLastDTPFlag_High to
last_dtp_flag_high to avoid CamelCase which is not accepted by checkpatch.
