Revert "glslang/spirv: Update repo revisions"

This reverts commit d6decaa8f78fba8746c55e9247add042b90b56fa.

Attempting to see if this is causing the newly encountered errors
on Nvidia Linux, or if it's related to the glslang issue that
was fixed and people just need to update drivers.
