Release version 0.61.0

Changes:
 - Adjust directory hierarchy
 - Separate aul_rsc_mgr library from aul library
 - Remove alias appid feature
 - Remove unncessary dependencies
 - Remove storage library dependency
 - Fix wrong library dependency
 - Add a new command for thaw event
