Avoid overwriting earlier flags in CPPFLAGS-nonlib in benchtests

When setting BENCH_DURATION in CPPFLAGS-nonlib, append to the variable
instead of assigning to it, to avoid overwriting earlier set flags,
notably the -DNOT_IN_libc=1 flag.
