[gdbserver] Don't set srv_linux_usrregs for aarch64*-*-linux*

We don't use PTRACE_PEEKUSR/PTRACE_POKEUSR on aarch64-linux, so don't
need to set srv_linux_usrregs.  This patch removes that line.
